Turf builder is decent, but it definitely doesn’t work miracles. Kept almost all of our dandelions at bay despite my neighbor having an entire yard full. but we did still have a few annoying thistle growing in our yard. Didn’t do great at growing more grass in some of the bald patches, so if that’s your issue, you will need to get some plain grass seed as well.

Excellent product at an excellent price. My only thoughts on this is the packaging of the fertilizer is unclear about the settings on the spreader provided. However I did work it out to set the spreader at 3.5 and it worked out fine. My yard is always the showplace on the street.

I have tried many differnt products like Scotts that are cheeper only to be diapointed that they didn't meet my expectation that were set by the Scotts products. This brand tends to be on the more expensive side, so I shop around until I find the best price before I buy it. Walmart always seems to have the best price and I can but it online and then pick it up. I will contiune to buy Scotts products because they work and I will always shop around to get the best price I can.

If it was in the description, I missed it. I have always purchached the smaller bags of Scott's fertilizer and it was the perfect size for our yard. These bags were smaller yet and would not give full coverage. So I gave it away to my sister and will have to buy the next size up. So it was a complete waste of money for me. My sister, on the other hand, is very happy and I'm sure she would give you five stars.

doesn't burn the grass which is nice but doesn't kill weeds either. did ok to help the grass start growing but useless to kill weeds. works really well in getting the weeds to grown. disappointed in this product since other Scotts products have worked well for me.

The Scotts 4 step program truly works in creating and maintaining an attractive and healthy lawn. Been following the program for years. To be able to purchase the group together with a top-notch spreader is a great offer. Besides myself, my son also purchased it and is very pleased.

I’ve been buying Scott’s Weed & Feed for a couple years and it works. I have seen the weeds curl up and die after just a few days after application. And the grass starts to turn this luscious green color. I have applied in both dry or wet conditions. But I have found that the best time to apply is in the morning when there is a little dew on the ground so it sticks more to the weeds. But it is not mandatory since I have seen it work in a more dry condition as well. Even though this may cost a little more than some competition, it definately is worth any extra cost because it works.

The free spreader is what convinced me to buy as I had given away my previous spreader after I moved house and used a service. I was not happy with the results of the service, so decided to go back to doing my own fertilizing. Must say the cost of the Scott’s fertilizer is on the high side compared to other providers with very similar results. I do like the 4 yearly Scott application program because it’s easy to follow. Comparing the Cost of the Scott’s 4-step program with a service ends up as a wash when the service provider is an honest broker.

The bundle was cheaper than if I had bought the bags at a big box store. In addition, I received a free broadcast spreader. This will replace my old Scott's broadcast spreader that is starting to show its age. Bottom line, a great product at a great price and a free spreader!
