Why I love the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply

I love the idea of a god conductor placed on the burner versus a like pan bottom. To have the power of aluminum to conduct the heat yet a joy of both the beauty of stainless and knowing no aluminum is going to get into the food is wonderful. They are a very nice weight and very fine to look at!

Pretty but Heavy!

We bought this set of pots and pans to replace an old set. Immediately we noticed the weight. These are very heavy pots and pans! I guess the term “Pro” should tipped us off. The second thing was the handles do get hot so be careful and use a pot holder. Finally, these pots and pans do stain when cooking anything with protein. Not the end of the world. Just sprinkle a little “Bar Keepers Friend” in a wet pot, wipe it down, rinse and dry.

Stainless steel is better than nonstick

I was worried to get stainless steel cookware, because I know they don’t like high heat and harder to clean. However, this set is both great quality, easy to clean and does great at low temps but providing high heat to cook food. They are very sturdy and I hope to have them for a very long time! I’m also glad to not worry about nonstick pans anymore flaking off into my food like I had before!

Perfect set for Induction!

Looked at All-Clad, Viking, Henckel and a few other brands and read endless reviews online. Cuisinart Multi-Clad was the one brand that consistently rated in the top 3 for induction stoves. We've had the set for a month now and could not be happier.

Great cookware set!

Really happy with this purchase! I went through many reviews etc before deciding on these and it really has improved my cooking and enthusiasm for cooking. I don’t recommend dishwashing them even though it says they’re dishwasher safe. Left some blemishes on some of the cookware

New cookware set for induction cooktop,.

This Is a high quality cookware set and it works great on my induction cooktop. It is heavier than my previous cookware and I need to be a little careful when lifting it until I am used to the difference in the weight. There is a note in the manual about cooking anything with tomato sauce in the pans, so be aware of how to clean the discoloration or use a different piece of cookware. I'm glad that I made this purchase and would recommend it to others.

Love This Set

I got this cookware set as a wedding gift and I absolutely love it! Great variety of sizes for anything you need to cook. They retain heat well which helps everything to cook evenly. They also help to prevent things from sticking - with good heat and some oil/fat they're almost like non-stick pans without the delicate coating. And they're so easy to clean! I'm no longer stuck at the sink trying to scrub stuck-on foods, just a quick clean and they look great again. Husband no longer gets away with telling me "they need to soak." I would definitely recommend!

Buy these once or a non-stick set every 3 years

Best pan I've ever owned. With proper care I expect to own these for years and years. Went without non-stick for this reason. There simply is no non-stick pan made on Earth that can last 10 years, it's not possible. These pans have actually made me break my bad cooking habits. For instance heating the pan to a certain temp then adding your oil then your veggies or whatever and if you are NOT hearing a sizzle when you drop them you are doing wrong. For years I've been knowingly doing it wrong but with non-stick you can sort of get away with it but do it right and you'll taste it. I saw a few negative reviews from people before purchasing who in my opinion simply don't get how to use these. As I mentioned my bad habits. My first omelet, a quarter of it was left in the pan afterword...my third not one bit. You should understand this if you expect them to behave like non-stick. You'll wanna take care of these a bit more then others BUT unlike others they will be with you a long long time. Plus, they are just beautiful well made pans. The other day a friend stopped by, walked in the kitchen, and commented something about "nice pans". LoL, because this is not the kinda guy I woulda ever thought to comment on pans but just goes to show.

High quality set, especially for the price point.

I've only cooked with these a few times but so far I'm very pleased with the set as a whole. I have a gas cooktop and they retain heat extremely well. I suspect the multiclad construction is to thank for that. The handles have a nice ergonomic shape, and I love that the lids are all-metal. Glass lids are so hard to store and I'm constantly worried someone (probably me) will drop one—I don't have to worry with these. I'm also very excited about the steamer. I haven't used it yet, but we love to make broccoli pasta over here and I suspect it will be perfect for that. My only caveat is that they are *heavy*, so if you're someone with mobility or wrist issues, they may not be the best option for you.

Excellent 12 piece set for beginners to Stainless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted to move away from using non-stick pans and this 12 piece set has been wonderful to use. The multi-layers help retain heat better than our old non-stick aluminum pans and the food we cook has tasted better (crispy outside while inside is still soft and juicy) while using lower heat. There is a slight learning curve to heat up the pans with medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes and then lower the heat to low/med-low before adding in your oil or butter. This allows the pores in the metal to close up so food does not bond with the metal surface, which would cause sticking. We have been able to cook all types of food such as various meat/fish, veggies, eggs, sauces/soups, noodles, etc without much issue. There are certain foods that may struggle on stainless like frozen pot stickers, so you may have to try different methods aside from the recommended instructions. Clean up is super easy and any staining or tarnish marks can be removed with some Bar Keeper's Friend. Overall, this 12 piece set covers almost all basic cooking needs and can be supplemented with Cuisinart's other MCP pieces like the larger 12 inch skillet. I would consider this as one of those "buy it for life" type of items that every couple or family should have. 5/5
