Feels quality, but has downsides

The set seems to be quality, but I feel like I moreso just paid for the name. The equipment is study, but the pan burns/browns pretty easily and it requires a lot of elbow grease to get the stains out. It is basically impossible to get all the burn marks out though. It also causes food to stick to the pan like crazy.

Very well made and comfortable

I have had this set for a while now and have used every part of this set. The performance is outstanding. The heating is very uniform, the handles are very comfortable to hold, the weight of the pans are nice. The quality, fit and finish is tier 1 all the way. I cannot recommend these enough. You cannot beat the value of this set. I am very happy with this purchase!

Outstanding quality

I considered this set of cookware along with a couple other brands at the same price point. I am so happy with the quality of the cuisinart cookware. This is a huge upgrade from an older set of Revereware that I had. It is so nice and heavy, cooks evenly without hot spots. I love all the tight-fitting lids and the shape of the skillets. I am so happy I was able to get this set and would highly recommend.

Slow and Low

SS cookware is not for someone who expects to cook quickly. There is a technique that needs to be used otherwise everything will stick. You must slowly and I mean slowly heat up the pans/pots, using proper butter/oils, test with a bit of water and look for the "mercury ball" before you place your food into the pan otherwise it will stick...UGH

multiclad pro stainless steel rocks!

I’ll make this short & sweet: this is simply the best cookware I’ve ever purchased. The place I’m living at the moment has electric burners instead of gas, but this multiclad pro cookware is up to the task. It heats so fast and evenly, it’s amazing. The steamer is an added bonus. And this set cleans up quickly. I’m very , very impressed with this and would definitely buy it again.

Disappointed

Cuisinart multiclad triple Ply pans seemed to be the answer to my kitchen needs. I have always had a gas stove. I recently replaced my old one with a thermadore range. I hoped these pans would stand up to the BTUs. The first day I used the small fry pan, it stained with brown heat spots from the oil. After two days of soaking and scrubbing, I was able to get most of the discoloration off the pan. What I expected to be my "go to" has shifted to last resort pan. The pots are fine but I am disappointed in the fry pans and skillet. Also be sure your arm strength is ready for these. Even when empty, they will give you a workout.

High quality set, especially for the price point.

I've only cooked with these a few times but so far I'm very pleased with the set as a whole. I have a gas cooktop and they retain heat extremely well. I suspect the multiclad construction is to thank for that. The handles have a nice ergonomic shape, and I love that the lids are all-metal. Glass lids are so hard to store and I'm constantly worried someone (probably me) will drop one—I don't have to worry with these. I'm also very excited about the steamer. I haven't used it yet, but we love to make broccoli pasta over here and I suspect it will be perfect for that. My only caveat is that they are *heavy*, so if you're someone with mobility or wrist issues, they may not be the best option for you.

Great set of pans

We recently replaced all of our old nonstick cookware with stainless steel. After much online research, we landed on the MCP from Cuisinart. It’s been a dream to use. It is both mine and my gf’s first time using stainless steel, and we love it. The heat retention is incredible, and it cleans so easy.

Back to quality!

I grew up with good pans and haven't had any in years because I, like many others fell for all the 'new' gimicks. Because of the poor quality or the fact that anything non stick is just a coating, I've bought WAY TOO MANY sets of pans. These, I'll have for the rest of my life. I LOVE THEM

The jury's still out...

Though I got a great deal on my cookware, I am a bit disappointed with it. One of the pieces was used, so the set was returned and the customer failed to report they used it. It's disappointing that the cookware doesn't clean easily. Cooking spray doesn't come out easily, and of course the one used piece is stained and I don't know how to get it clean. It does work well with my cooktop stove which is why I purchased it. However, the fact that cleaning it is more work than my previous cookware causes me to wonder how great a choice it was...
