After using a stainless steel cookware set with a heavy duty copper bottom for many years, the copper bottom separated from the pots, and we were in the market for a new set. Since we own several Cuisinart appliances and careful research we settled on this Cuisinart stainless steel set. What was important to us is the lifetime warranty and that it included a vegetable steamer.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. I have used them many times and am quite happy with their performance and cleaning. I have had no issues with them and hope they will last my lifetime. The set was more than I needed but for the price I could not pass them up. I had looked at many different brands and decided cuisinart had great quality and great price!

I love the fact that this cookware is free of non-stick coating, but is still easy to clean. I replaced an old set of Cuisinart anodized aluminum with this stainless steel set. My only complaint is the difference between the handles of the pans. The new style of handle is awkward and difficult for me to use with my rheumatoid arthritic hands. The old style was perfect.

I bought this set 3-4 months ago after considerable research and reviewing ratings and rankings on high quality but economical cookware. This set stood out among them all. It conducts heat extremely well and without having to use high heat settings. The food develops a pleasing color and taste every time. The set also cleans up well. After several months of use the cookware looks like the day I bought it. I recommend this set to anyone seeking high quality cookware at an economical cost.

I purchase the MCP 12 piece cookware set. LOVE IT! My wife was against stainless as well as a married daughter that has some. For ease of cleaning reasons. I had read hundreds of reviews and blogs and bought anyway. Bacon cooks without sticking. Eggs slide around the pan. Awesome. You have to learn to cook with stainless. First... heat the frying pan till a drop of water dances on the surface. Take a paper towel remove drop of water. Place oil or butter in pan. This forms a slick ,non stick surface. ALWAYS heat the pan before appying oil. Cover the whole bottom surface. Apply food to be cooked. You also need to know that the multi clad pans have an aluminum core, which heats evenly, so you don't turn your heat on high. After cooking you immediately take your warm pan and fill with HOT water and dish soap. Eat and come back and wash out. Everything will slide off and ,voila, clean pan. Use non metal utensils and should something stain the finish, put a little Beekeepers Friend cleanser on a paper towel and clean it off. Easy! Don't use brillo pads or other harsh scrubbers as they will scratch the surface and you will lose that slick surface. Remember this is an investment in your cooking skills and these pots and pans are the tools which you will use to impress your family and friends. When you taste your first scrambled egg, you will be hooked.

I was very pleased with my Cookware and have used it most days since I received it. Very good quality, specific care instructions, even distribution of heat. Frying did stick for me but cleanup was easy with Dawn power wash. Would recommend to a friend.

I love my new stainless steel cookware set! I have been wanting to replace my nonstick set for some time but was a bit nervous about how to properly care for stainless steel. That said, it's actually been much easier than I thought. I use Bar Keeper's Friend for stains, and for caked on food I just put a little water in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes. Due to the hard water in my area, small but stubborn white deposits sometimes appear on the pots and pans too, but boiling some water and vinegar easily gets rid of them. I'm mostly successful at heating up the pans so food doesn't stick but I haven't quite perfected this craft yet. I like that the pots and pans are sturdy, conduct heat well, and are a healthier option than nonstick. They also look stylish and make me feel like a pro chef when I use them. I intend to keep this set for as long as I can!

I am a bit disappointed. I very carefully & thoroughly read & followed instructions for cooking & care but food sticks badly, it takes forever to cook anything, the bottoms are not flat, there was burn marks & discoloration after one use & the list goes on. They look old after just one use.

Purchased the set to use with my new induction range and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The pots heat quickly and cook evenly. The handles stay cool and are well shaped and the hold is firm. My favorite is the 3.5 Qt sauté pan, it’s very versatile and love the two handles. The pans clean up easily and if needed a little BK. I wish I had the option to go with glass lids. I’m hoping Cuisinart increases it’s open stock availability in the future. Overall a great buy, very satisfied.

Looking for a set of fully clad stainless cookware, and this was both highly rated and a very good price. Decided to give it a chance, and I’m more than impressed. I’d consider myself a little more gourmand than the average home cook, and this product exceeded my expectations.
