MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 12 Pc

Beautiful looking set! Works well on my induction cooktop; however, can't take high heat on the pan (inside and out) or will burn to the point of no return. I can cook; however underestimated the power of the amazing Zline electric cooktop. If I could get those few burn stains from the inside and that brownish color off the bottom, I would definitely give 5 stars! Until then, it's only 4 stars. Overall, good set; and the boil is awesome, quick and easy!

Beautiful Cookware Set

This cookware set is excellent quality and includes everything you need. I have a bit of a learning curve when it comes to getting eggs not to stick to the pans, however. I can’t seem to figure out the correct temperature of the oil and my egg continues to stick. :( I guess it takes practice.

Love my new cookware!

They were just as I hoped them to be since I switched from nonstick cookware to stainless steel. When following the directions in cleaning them, they came out gleaming! My daughter has All Clad cookware and for the price, this set is right up there! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Meh.

We won't get our induction cooktop (range) installed for a few more days, but we've been using this Cuisinart set for a couple of weeks, now, and have mixed feelings. The interior is so glossy that it's literally impossible to clean without leaving scratches, despite soaking them for far longer than we ever had to soak our decades-old Revereware pieces (which we will miss awfully). I can't for the life of me think why the interior is glossier than the exterior. They also weigh a TON, and the lids don't have a steam-managing form, so boil-overs are all too common with this new Cuisinart set. It's darned near enough to make us change our minds about going with induction, but standard electric sucks, and natural gas is a source of long-term toxicity, so it's a no-win situation.

I love these pretty pans!

I bought these to go with my new induction stove and am finally figuring out how to cook with stainless after using nonstick forever. I recommend you watch a video as it’s a different process! Spray on BarKeepers friend works great without scrubbing to remove marks inside the pans. I did cave in and get a nonstick skillet for eggs and potatoes. You may want to add a medium stockpot at some point. So pretty and a good price. Caution- they are a bit heavy.

Simply the best cookware, for the money!

I carefully researched various cookware before deciding to purchase this Cuisinart set. Our old cookware, while a quality product, was non-stick and worn out. This is the best cookware we have ever owned! It is also a bargain when compared to other sets with similar features. I recommend this to anyone wanting a multi-layered stainless steel set.

Very sturdy and love the easy pour rims.

I bought this set a month ago. I love it as far as cooking things cook really well on it. The only downside I have found with this type of cookware is keeping it clean it’s a little bit of a challenge to get clean and it does stain easily on the bottom but over all the quality of the product is really good and will last for a whi I bought this set a month ago. Good pan set.

I’m satisfied with this cookware. I followed instructions I found on YouTube to create a non stick surface, and it worked. The pans distribute heat well, and the handles stay cool. The sell price was excellent, and compared to Iron Clad there pans are just as good. I wash all my pans by hand regardless if they are dishwasher safe. So far a good purchase.

The truth of the matter...

Great and beautiful cookware set! Heats up quickly and evenly. Food absolutely doesn't stick if you use low to medium heat. I love cooking with these pans and skillets! The only drawback (if there is one) is that the cookware is a bit difficult to clean. Not that anything sticks to it; it's the whitish film/discoloration that occurs after cooking with any stainless steel. Barkeeper's Friend (liquid) has become my ally in this constant battle. The first time I used Barkeeper's Friend, it left some scratches in the bottom of the pan. I have found if you place a trace of water in the pan before using the Barkeeper's Friend, it significantly reduces scratching and it still easily removes the unsightly residue. One more thing to note: This cookware is made of high quality materials and is therefore hefty in weight. I love this aspect of the set but some of the pieces may be too heavy for those with arthritis or other maladies in their hands or wrists. Bottom line: I love this cookware and would buy it again in a second. If you buy it, follow the manufacturer recommendations and you will love it as much as I do!

Cuisinart 12 piece triple ply cookware set

It’s extremely hard to get fingerprints off the pots, as well as the stains that appear after washing the pot 3x to try to remove them. They cook well, food does not burn, but it’s so hard to keep up with the cleaning. I have had Farberware pots for 45 years, and have never had that kind of problem with them. I’ve always used Brillo on my Farberware, which keeps them sparkling. I know we can not use Brillo on Cuisinart.
