Sliced Bagels.

While the taste and convenience of these pre-sliced bagels is initially appealing, several critical flaws make them difficult to recommend.

The most significant issue is inconsistent baking; several bagels in both packs I purchased were doughy and undercooked in the center. This problem is exacerbated by the packaging process. The bread is clearly sealed while still hot, trapping steam inside the plastic bag and creating a soggy, moist environment that ruins the texture and promotes mold.

Furthermore, the decision to seal the bags with tape instead of a twist-tie is incredibly inconvenient, making it impossible to reseal the bag properly after opening.

The core product has potential, but until the baking consistency is improved and the packaging is radically changed to allow for proper cooling and resealing, I cannot suggest purchasing these

Sam’s  Cinnamon Bagels - Need Urgent improvement

Delicious! Better than Thomas bagels at a good price point. The only bagels I buy now. Enjoy the "everything" and cinnamon-raisin the most. Topping possibilities are endless and they make good sandwiches.
