It’s smaller than my old laptop, which I quite like. It doesn’t have a numeric keyboard, which I also don’t mind at all. It’s light, has large keys, light up keyboard for evenings, good size screen, is remarkably easy to use. I can’t really find any fault with it. In my opinion it was an excellent buy.

I shopped around and did tons of research for months. Found this gem. Lightning fast!! Great quality and specs that make building websites and editing pictures a breeze. I'm in love.

Good laptop, runs heavy softwares without issues or overheating. Definitely worth it for the price and the amenites.

Graphics are excellent, 16 ram lets you tun any program with no worries. Able.to multi task due the ram. Touch screen is great for surfing the web .

The laptop is excellent quality. It boots very fast login feature using finger is very fast and convenient! Love it!

Met all my expectations

A great purchase, so great i purchased a second one for my daughter

I've had this computer about a month. I find it difficult to see the keyboard when it is not lit. The white lettering with the light makes it difficult to see. This computer would be better with a black keyboard and white letters. I set my sign in for fingerprint reading and it reverts back to my pin number. The screen doesn't always stay in the position it is placed in. It moves back while working on it. I had a Pavillion HP before I purchased this one. The touchpad died on it so I figure I would upgrade to the Envy model. I don't find it any better than the less expensive model.

I'v been a computer user for a long time both at work and at home, both HP PC and Mac and this is a very disappointing computer. I chose the best that Sams Club offered but it's not as good as my older computer. I don"t know if it's Windows or what. My son, who enjoys PC rather than Mac was just as disappointed. I'm returning it.
