Holy cow, I knew this would be sweet, but it was so sweet it was sickening, it actually made my teeth hurt. The cake had a decent taste, but the sweetness of the frosting was overpowering. Won't ever buy this one again.

I bought this thinking the taste would be similar to the Italian Creme Cake that SamsClub sold previously. That was not the case. While I might be able to get used to the taste & texture of the cake, the frosting is just way too sweet for me.

Our family has purchased the Italian Cream Cake for celebrations for the last few years, however, this last time it was not at all like the previous times. We were extremely disappointed that the taste had changed drastically.

The cake was a waist of money! The recipe has change from the icing to the no flavor seems like Sam's is using cheap products to make this cake. Bring back the butter cream icing. More flavor please!!

Absolutely delicious and way bigger than we anticipated. The folks saying the cake is too sweet - what does one expect?? It IS an Italian Cream cake. It was yummy. We highly recommend it.
