Italian Cream cake is my favorite cake, so I did not have high expectations for a store bought cake. It was WONDERFUL! Moist, rich and not too sweet.

As most italian dessert items, it's more dry & not overly sweet. Appreciate the coconut and cream cheese icing. Serves a LOT of people!
