Very dry. Not good at all. It’s more like a standard coconut cake, not Italian crème. First bakery item at Sam’s that wasn’t good.

I was so excited to have this cake for our Christmas, but I'm going to honestly say we end up throwing 3/4 of the cake away. Not very tasteful at all.

Dry as cardboard. I've purchased this cake for many years. I use it as my birthday cake. This year I was so disappointed when I cut into it. Red velvet has let me down for the first time. Wasn't moist at all. Disappointed.

This cake should not even be sold! First it was very heavy frosting wise….& had a spice cake filing. But my main issue was the 70% sugar! Nothing should have such a high sugar content. After 1 slice, it went into the trash

Cake was a bit dry. Icing was too much of a good thing. I have naked this cake many times, so I was a little disappointed, although I consumed my share of this one.

This cake has no flavor, there's no creamy or vanilla taste. It only tastes like sugar. I bought it and my family of 5, neither of them would eat it after the initial bite. I definitely recommend a different cake like 3 leches.

It's a wonderful cake I've had it before it would be nice if you offered it also in a smaller size this is great for bigger groups but if it's just a small family the smaller one would be so much better

This is the best Italian Cream Cake I have ever eaten. Very favorable, fresh and DELICIOUS! This cake can be sliced and frozen to eat later and you will think it was just baked.

Although the cake looks delicious, to me the buttercream was too heavy and thick with a greasy after taste and overly sweet, the bread itself was a bit dry. This was my experience and you may have experienced it differently.
