Extremely disappointed is an understatement!

I purchased these tires in December 2017, based on Cadillac dealer recommendation. I have driven only 23,000 miles on these tires on my Cadillac SRX. The tires need to be replaced already. The tread on my right side is down to 3/32 and on my left side down to 4/32. This is unacceptable!

We understand the Premier A/S tires on your Cadillac did not meet your expectation in terms of mileage. A member of our Consumer Care team will be in contact with you. You may also reach our office at 1-866-866-6605.

short life

less than two years and only 19,000 miles into my lease, my dealer said I would need new tires before the next oil change especially since winter is coming. At first I didn't believe him but on checking they are close to the wear bar. Cannot believe I have to replace tires with only about 13,000 miles left on the lease. So now I have to look for something cheaper in tires with the same ratings so I don't return the Equinox with better tires than I started with. I've had Michelin tires before without this problem. Never will buy this model again.

Not satisfied

Wear down too easy I bought a set of these for my Nissan Altima in Oct 2016. After just two winter seasons, these tires are sliding all over. I have about 24,000 miles on them and they are down to 5/32 in tread depth. Typical replacement is 4/32 inches but even at 5/32 they don't have much traction. I am very disappointed in Michelin. Their tread guarantee is 2/32 in depth which is almost completely bald. you could never drive safely with that low of tread. I do not recommend these tires.

Street vibrations.Michelin's to the rescue!

Just the facts. Several months ago purchased a tire by the name of a Continental tires. Over the course of ownership these tires started to transfer vibration in the steering wheel. Went back three times to get them balanced. While a fourth at an independent shop. No improvement. Then replaced the two front tires- same brand. No improvement. It's the the vehicle right?. In stages I replaced the rack & pinion, rotors, entire strut assembly and lower ball joint. No improvement. Yesterday I put on the Michelin"s. BAM! No vibration, rock solid drive, smooth as butter. Thank you Michelin's!

Not a Pilot Exalto A/S, replacement...

If you the average idiot driver, these tires are good, B+ grade. I am an active driver who really likes to drive. I drive at or around the speed limit, up to 10 over. I don't slow for the turns. I buy Micheline's because I have very high exceptions. I expected, Pilot Exalto A/S - good, and I got a watered down compromise, that's just OK - but not as good as the no longer available, Pilot Exalto A/S. The Pilot Exalto A/S were OK, not grate, an A-. They gave a planted, heavy feel, that was consistent through a fast turn. The Premiers, feel like there inclined to over-steer, then follow up to feel like there beginning to under steer.

Hands Down Best Tire I have owned for Wife's SUV

Very quite, smooth on the road, steering improved as well which is part of the great handling this tire also provides in turns and accelerating and stopping distance is much better with the Premier A/S. We are waiting for Monsoons to start here in Arizona, but if this tire is anything like my past Michelin's it will take down any rainstorm for grip. This company is legendary for its high quality tires.... Lee, Arizona

Some of the best tires I've ever owned.

These came on a used car I bought and I'd never paid much attention to tires before. These tires have been amazing though, noticeably better than any I've ever had under every condition. They're not quite winter tires but they're the best all around tires I've ever seen.

Very pleased so far

I bought these to replace the OEM Bridgestone Turanza EL400 on my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited, and these are a huge improvement in every way: quieter, smoother ride, better handling. I was a little concerned that there might be a drop in fuel economy, but that has stayed the same. I can't comment on wear yet because I've only had these a month.

Outstanding, new A/S performance product

Purchased to replace OEM, subpar brand, at delivery of new, luxury sedan. The Premier feels even more surefooted in the steering wheel and seat than the three sets of Primacy owned with last three, large but lower performance sedans. The tires' quiet, grip at take-off and extreme cornering must be experienced to be believed. However, its surefooted grip at highway speeds, during sudden lane changes, in a pouring rain, will assure you, that you own the finest, affordable passenger car tire on the road, today. I expect to achieve more than the 60,000 mile wear from these tires as I have from the previous Michelin Primacy model. I intend to keep this car for more than ten years and will keep it shod in Michelin's best A/S tires for my enjoyment, safety, and that of my passengers.

Fantastic Tire!

My car came stock with 215/55R17 94H Nexen CP671s and the traction they provided was terrible. The tires were like hockey pucks, didn't provide any good levels of traction in bad weather. Decided to upgrade to the Premier A/S tire and wow what a difference. The ride is smooth and responsive and I feel safe driving on them. Had to emergency stop in the rain once and the car didn't loose traction at all! I have always had good experience with Michelin tires and now I doubt I will buy anything else. I was also late on putting my winter tires on and they provided enough traction in snow to allow me to feel safe driving on them.
