Cutest chair and only 3 screws to assemble but they don't line up at all. I called customer service and sent photos. I never got a response as to a solution so I called again. It's unclear if the defect is in the chair or the base so the solution is to take it back to the store. What a freakin hassle.

Ordered two. Both came with wicker pieces broken. One also won't line up to put screws in. I've tried to call customer service multiple times. Not a working number apparently. Sad because these are super cute.

Bought this for my daughter . Took it out of the box and the whole front of the chair had scuff marks on it. Really easy to put together it only took about 10 minutes if that.

My kid is so fond of this !! She is thanking me each time she sits in it !! We got the pink one, it's adorable and comfy !!!

Love this chair for my little one it looks so cute in his room! Using it as a reading nook chair. It is sturdy and well made!
