The set seems to be quality, but I feel like I moreso just paid for the name. The equipment is study, but the pan burns/browns pretty easily and it requires a lot of elbow grease to get the stains out. It is basically impossible to get all the burn marks out though. It also causes food to stick to the pan like crazy.

This cookware is heavy in a good way that it heats food evenly and retains heat. I purchased this set because it is nonstick which I feel may be a healthier option. However, because it is nonstick it is important to follow the directions to prevent food sticking. Not as easy to clean but I still like it.

I was so afraid of cooking with the old scratched non-stick pans that I practically stopped eating, thankfully I got these and no longer worry about what is going into my foods! Thank you for making such quality pans that I don't have to worry anymore.

Very nice upgrade from mixed set of older pots/pans: some Calphalon , some stainless. Cooking more these days realized it was time . Looked at some very nice stainless clad sets , chose Cusinart based on reputation for well designed , quality products and relative value. Pans/lids well deigned , nice weight and good looking. Had a nasty overflow, burn cooking some rice first time out but cleaned up beautifully with a soak and Barkeepers Friend. My best pots are some heavy Italian made commercial copper clad stainless that I purchased years ago and are still going strong but could not even locate that maker today. These are a more user friendly, modern alternative. And there great looking.

The set is fine except for keeping the pieces clean. We have followed the instructions to the tee (soaking in soapy hot water, etc.) but to no avail, extremely difficult to keep off the stains. I even bought a special cleaner, although it works fairly well, the pots look quite used after only a couple of months. Would not buy again.

I bought this to replace a non-stick cook set that I had when using for 6 years. It did not disappoint. Heats up quickly and stays hot. It may as well be non-stick as I've never had a problem with it. Clean up is simple. Should this ever need to be replaced, I will be replacing it with the same set.

I love my 12 piece multiclad pro, I’ve been watching a few videos on how to use stainless steel and following the instructions that came with the set and nothing ever sticks, I do the water trick before throwing butter or oil into my skillets and it works every time. I just finished cooking eggs and the clean up is nothing. Everything cooks evenly and they look so nice, they do tend to get orangy color after the first few cooks but barkeepers is your friend for that! I’m pleased with the set and performance. I also like that the pro set comes with full stainless tops and not glass like the other set.

Things I love: Pan heats evenly, no hot spots; it is level across the bottom so food doesn't flow away from the center and pool around the edges like many other pans; it is fully clad so food heats up and cooks more quickly; smooth shiny surface makes it easier to clean. Things I don't like: All the handles get hot (lid, main handle, helper handle) so I need pot holders to handle them; the handle is flat and, as heavy as this pan is, the handle should be round (fat not flat) so it's easier to grip while maneuvering the pan.

I had the Cuisinart Classic set but and was very happy with it but felt it was time for an upgrade. I shopped around and kept coming back to the Cuisinart set. I am very pleased! I love the weight. They are substantial and solid. I love that the bottom of these pans are all one piece. No seams:) I love the cleanup! If you follow the manufacturer’s recommendation to use medium heat, you don’t have to worry about food sticking. Use a little Barkeepers Friend to remove any stains and dry immediately. They look brand new! Would definitely recommend these pans.

I bought this set after researching and so glad I did! I love the long handles and the multiclad stainless steel that give the necessary weight for even distribution of heat. I feel this set will last a lifetime without having to pay the exorbitant price of other all-clad cookware.
