I did a lot of research before buying these so I was honestly surprised at how much I dislike them. Everything sticks to this cookware, and I do mean everything. It doesn’t matter how much oil or cooking spray you add. I gave it 2 stars because they look very aesthetically pleasing and are dishwasher safe. Still, I suggest getting conventional non-stick cookware over this set. Looks and convenience don’t make up for ruined food.

They seemed quality made, and look pretty... But everything sticks, all the time, no matter how much high heat oil is used (I'm not cranking the heat up either). They're honestly terrible, and every trick in the book I've tried has not been enough to make something similar to a nonstick surface. I understand these are stainless steel so a little sticking is expected, but everything sticks all the time. Avoid if you can.

This product is of exceptional quality and priced very attractively. I bought this for my new convection cooktop, and I’m like a professional chef. Pasta cooks fast and perfectly. Fresh fish sautés excellently. Etc etc. fast, easy clean up. No sticking to surfaces. I recommend this highly & am glad I didn’t pay more. It’s beautiful too!! I’m going to add to my collection.

I had always had non stick pans, but with the u healthy issues they have from birds to people, I switched and the thing thst kept me from ever teying them was I had heard about how hard they were to clean. I found that not to be the case at. And I wash & dry them by hand. So Im sure that helps. They bottoms need extra cleaning to keep lookibg new. But follow the care directions and alls well.

This set replaced some tired old cookware and we couldn’t be happier. The set easily cleans up with a litlle bar keepers friend and looks shiny and new regardless of use. Nice even cooking and a high quality feel make this set a feat choice. Less expensive than competitive products and just as good if not better.

Was use to cooking on gas stove but moved to environment where electric stove is the only option! Went on line to research best pans to cook on electric glass stove top and cuisinart came out on the top! Only had for a few weeks but satisfied at this time ! Hope quality stays the same!

The absolute best purchase I could have made in 2021. I am a chef and was in need of a new set of pots as after continue use for a number of years my old pots were a complete set of burnt doneness. I could not afford the infamous Copper pots displayed so beautifully in Martha's kitchen. But, Alas!, I found ye ole fateful Cuisinart. As the owner of several Cuisinart products, I am proud to say the these pots work as expected. Temp, durability, and efficiency 100%

My set is fabulous! Everything written about it in the marketing material is true. I do go the extra step of cleaning/polishing it up after heavy use to ensure it stays looking out of the box new each time I use it. Guest keep complimenting me on its looks! I

After lots of research, I decided on the Cuisinart 12 piece tri-clad professional set for all its features and reasonable price point. It was a great purchase, description was true and accurate, and I love i!!! Heavy duty stainless steel, sturdy, stay cool handles, even heating all around, and my dishes come out fabulous. Would love if the lids were glass though. Other than that, I love it!
