NOT Non-stick

I was forced into ordering induction cookware due to the stove I purchased and Cuisinart seemed to be the better set for the price. However it is NOT non stick and everything sticks to the bottom of the pans. They're not easy to clean. I ordered a counter top double burner so I can use my old cookware. If you don't have to use induction cookware, I would not, If you do be sure to look into non-stick cookware.

Love these! (Not a paid review).

I absolutely love these pots and pans! The price tag was also fantastic. I had a few stainless steal pieces from calphalon, non- sticks, and cast iron prior to this purchase. I cook daily and multiple times a day for my family. I just about only use my cuisinart set. They cook evenly, boil water quickly, and clean easily. Eggs are a breeze to cook once you learn the stainless steel techniques. I will definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Pretty but not durable

This cookware seems like it is not going to be as durable as my old stainless cookware. I can't even use a light scrubber to clean it. It seems to me this is a cheaply made set. The weight is good but the cooking surface leaves much to be desired. It scratches easily. It sure isn't as durable as my old set. I still prefer to use my old set because it is a lot tougher than this set.

Fantastic 12 piece set

Extremely sturdy, quick heating, easy to care for and perfectly sized pots and pans. All I will ever need for cooking and which will, hopefully, last a lifetime. My favorite is the steamer pot since I can use the water to cook pasta after having steamed vegetables.

Meh.

We won't get our induction cooktop (range) installed for a few more days, but we've been using this Cuisinart set for a couple of weeks, now, and have mixed feelings. The interior is so glossy that it's literally impossible to clean without leaving scratches, despite soaking them for far longer than we ever had to soak our decades-old Revereware pieces (which we will miss awfully). I can't for the life of me think why the interior is glossier than the exterior. They also weigh a TON, and the lids don't have a steam-managing form, so boil-overs are all too common with this new Cuisinart set. It's darned near enough to make us change our minds about going with induction, but standard electric sucks, and natural gas is a source of long-term toxicity, so it's a no-win situation.

The jury's still out...

Though I got a great deal on my cookware, I am a bit disappointed with it. One of the pieces was used, so the set was returned and the customer failed to report they used it. It's disappointing that the cookware doesn't clean easily. Cooking spray doesn't come out easily, and of course the one used piece is stained and I don't know how to get it clean. It does work well with my cooktop stove which is why I purchased it. However, the fact that cleaning it is more work than my previous cookware causes me to wonder how great a choice it was...

Very well made, attractive, and a bargain too

Very well made, truly attractive, and very durable seeming (just two months old so far). I love everything about them but my wife finds some to be heavy (they are). I can scarcely find a single fault in them, but if I had to, it would be no "middle size" pan, just a sauce pan and a large one. The cook, clean, and handle as well or better than any others I've seen and at their price point (under half the industry heavyweights) they are an even better deal.

Very well made and comfortable

I have had this set for a while now and have used every part of this set. The performance is outstanding. The heating is very uniform, the handles are very comfortable to hold, the weight of the pans are nice. The quality, fit and finish is tier 1 all the way. I cannot recommend these enough. You cannot beat the value of this set. I am very happy with this purchase!

Stainless Steel over Non-Stick

Replaced a 24 year old Wolfgang Puck stainless set. This Cuisinart set is excellent quality, weight and very even heating…plus clean up is a breeze. As a long time stainless user I would recommend you take the time to learn how to cook in stainless (lots of videos available) AND also wash them by hand with stainless products and this set should last you as long as my previous set did me.

Product burns food

I am a vey careful experienced cook and this cookware less than a month old has been sticking/burning my food (i.e pastas, veggies, and even a simple omelette). After rinsing and drying the pans and lids still seem to have water stains. I have followed step by step the recommendations of how to take care of my cookware. Honestly, I am very unhappy with the product. but if there is something I am doing wrong I would like some adice on how to better use my cookware,
