Shaving and cleaning are easy. I quickly get a good shave. Cleaning is also easy. The only negative is that needing new heads every year, as instructed, seems excessive.

I bought this razor because I have some hand tremors and I was cutting myself with my regular razor. Now I have no problem because it does not cut or irritate my skin. I am very pleased.

I received this as a gift for Christmas and have been very pleased with the results. My wife has even said that my beard is not an issue afyer shaving.

After a month + of use, I'm disappointed with the closeness ( or lack of) of the shave. I have used this product exclusively in the hopes that it would get better. Not the case. So, if you want a close shave, look elsewhere. This is not for you.

Updated from an older Norelco Razor - this is fast, covers my face very well and seems to catch the hard to reach places. Result has been a very smooth face without "straggler" hair remaining!

This is the best shaver that I have, cleans up with hot water. I have tried Braun, it does not shave well. I have a inline Norelco shaver, which I put to bed, and bought this one. Its the closest thing to a razor shave!

This item replaced an older model Norelco that was lost in travel. I am disappointed in its performance. Motor does not run with the same power or efficiency. Feels cheapened.

Overall, i like this razor. However, i like my previous Norelco electric razor better because it seemed to have shaving heads closer together and eas easier to vlean

The 5200 shaver is a good product providing a close shave. I find the shaving head a bit too thick and the power button where I normally place my thumb and I unintentionally switch the shaver off while in use.
