Great scanner 1200 dpi doesn't seem to jam as much as another popular one

Have to reinstall software every 1 to 2 months for this scanner

I scan 3000 pictures in two days! I put the enhancement feature on and it worked fantastic.

One week old, assembled, s/w downloaded - won't scan

Took numertous times before I could get the scanner to work

happy with scanner, but hard for me to figure things out need a manual and donot have a printer
