Impressed with ease of use from my smartphone. I had another HP printer and I was able to print from my phone, but this one has more options. Setting up was pretty straightforward, although I did have to do some troubleshooting for the scanning of documents. This is a good printer for quick printing. It does lose connectivity at times and I've had to reset the WiFi. It's not a big deal though. I was impressed with the HP ink program. The program sends alerts by email and through the printer when ink is running low on the printer and updates are automatic. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Easy set up and it works like a printer should work. I haven't used it much but at this point I have absolutely no complaints. It is fully meeting my needs and I feel very good about what I spent on it.

Wasted my money. I've only been able to print off a handful of stuff and now I can't get it to connect to either my internet, phone, or laptop. Don't recommend

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Instant ink is a scam. Don't do it. Told me $2.99 a month and it was $15.11. HP IS A SCAM COMPANY. I'll never buy anything HP!!!!!!!!
