Served my purpose. One downfall, ink runs out quickly. After printing maybe 25 pages of fully printed pages, need to replace cartridge.

I like the printer. Its pretty easy to set up still trying to figure out how to change the font of whatever im printing

My primary use of this printer is "home" use. It is compact, quick to print, and very easy to set up. I'd highly recommend it for small, home type print jobs.

This is a nice printer. My mom needed one and she's in her later 80's. Works great and the color is nice. Easy to set up.

The printer itself seems okay. Haven't used it much. Had to download an app on my phone to set it up and that was challenging. The app kept getting stuck and wouldn't advance to the next step. The main reason I gave it 3 stars is because I could find no way to get around signing up for HP's ridiculous Instant Ink offer. The app basically said my printer wouldn't work if I didn't select the Instant Ink option. This is sheer corporate greed in my opinion; trying to lock people into a subscription service to sell them ink. Additionally, with the Instant Ink, HP keeps track of how many pages you print per month and if you go over your selected plan, they charge additional fees. I am canceling the Instant Ink, but the whole situation has soured me on HP products.

What I like about the printer is that it looks nice Good quality Material. What I didn't like is had I didn't get to use it because it did not want to turn on at all.

So far, I'm having fits with this printer. I have to call the man back to see it he can tame it. It prints split pages, and won't just print one page for a rec't. , then it keeps printing the same thing over and over, and can't stop it unless I shut it off.

I've had this printer for about 4 months. After 2 months it stopped connecting to the wi-fi so I got a cord for it but then instant ink couldn't read it so they stopped it from printing . I had to call hp support 2 different times to get it straightened out, both calls took over an hour and a half. They finally got it to reconnect with the wi-fi but now it seems to only want to work half the time. I spend more time troubleshooting and trying to fix the issue of the day than actually using. It's nothing but a headache!

This item worked for a couple of weeks. I tried to reconnected to internet and it never reconnected again. Usually HP products work eell, but not this time.
