We're surprised and sorry to learn of your experience with our Total Clean ActionPacs. This isn't something we'd expect to happen, since our products go through extensive quality checks to ensure optimal performance and results. We're here to help and have some tips to share.

-Occasionally, the dispenser cup can become blocked by dishes or utensils, preventing it from opening fully. Please make sure the dispenser cup is clear of any obstructions to allow the ActionPac to dissolve completely.
-Verify free movement of sprayer arms: Ensure that the sprayer arms in your dishwasher can move freely. Clear any obstructions that might hinder their rotation, such as food particles or debris that may have accumulated in the sprayer arm holes.
-Keep hands and dispenser cup dry: When handling the ActionPac, it's beneficial to have dry hands. Moisture can sometimes cause the ActionPac to stick to the dispenser cup, which may affect its dissolution. Similarly, ensure that the dispenser cup is dry before inserting the ActionPac.
-Low water pressure can impact the dishwasher's performance. We recommend running the dishwasher when other household water demands, like showers or laundry, are not in use. This will help ensure that an adequate amount of water is available for the washing process.
Check water supply to the dishwasher: To confirm if your dishwasher is receiving enough water, you can perform a simple test. Place an empty cup right-side-up on the top rack and run a cycle. If the cup is filled with water after the cycle, it indicates that your dishwasher is receiving sufficient water.
-Water temperature should not be below 120 degrees Fahrenheit / 49 degrees Celsius. To help ensure the dishwasher receives hot water immediately upon starting, run hot water at the kitchen sink before starting the dishwasher.

While we hope this is helpful, we'd like to learn more and help you best.
