Hard to hear…Volume keeps going up and down.

The base is too small and I can’t hear anything

It is a great product and I have had no issues with it since I’ve been using it.

The fit is horrible for my ears. The AirPods kept falling out of my ears and also they hurt my ears. I  had the 2nd generation  AirPods and the fit was awesome and they stayed in my ears. I needed to replace because they were failing to work properly. The sound was great but they just didn't work for me.

AirPod fit was terrible and painful

Love the fact once they're connected to your phone they just connect to your phone soon as you pull them out battery stays charged as it says as well I brought a case to put on my case from Best Buy I'm in love with my new AirPods
