Showed up without any documentation or instructions on how to use the Not even a an apple box How will I know these aren’t even used or returned items it’s literally just the earbuds in the white case nothing else

I love apple, but I’m disappointed on the cancellation not on the product that’s why I gave it a 1 star. I order it over a week ago and while I’m waiting for them they cancel it.

These refurbished AirPods are the worst. The right one is constantly dying after listening to them for maybe 2 hours. The other one last longer but barely. I wish I never bought these and I wish I got my money back

Make sure you try first to determine if you like the fit. Mine hurt my ears. They seem real tight. I am getting some bud covers to see if that helps. They did not come with any.

Do not like that they’re short. Easy to lose. Like my old pair better however they stopped connecting with my phone. Apple products are beginning to be a pain, not worth the money.

Brand new AirPods so they say in the charging case is not charging I would never ever buy this product again from the very first day. I tried on multiple charges and I have owned since Black Friday. I’m going to return today.

I purchased the AirPods4 based on the sale/clearance price. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research to learn that they did not include active noise cancelling.

I’m. Never disappointed with apple products they always seem to do the job but for some reason they don’t last as longs as they should you find your self having to buy another pair after one year

If it fits one’s ears, this is a super useful product. The sound is very good and In my opinion, noise cancellation is not necessary—just an added expense. Very pleased w/ this purchase.

We both have the gen 1 airpods so got these for husband’s Christmas gift at a good price he uses hearing aids too which cost way more so these will do him just fine:)
