The earbuds stem is too short. Falls out of my ear a lot. Please make the older, longer stem back.

Sometimes AirPods don’t connect right away, fall out of ears, don’t like the way it answers.

They’re not a good fit for my ears. They’re too large for my earlobes and often fall out.
