These Airpods are great for a cheaper deal. The sound quality is clear and very sharp, it sounds very realistic. I have small ears, and they seem to fit just perfectly in my ears. One thing is that you have to keep charging them from time to time. They only last 4-6 hours before putting them back in the case. I am not an Apple user, but it is well worth a purchase.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I GOT IS FALL OF EASY I HAVE TO BUY A SILICONE COVERS AND NOW IS NOT FALLING OF MY EARS OTHER THAN THAT LOVE IT SOUNDS VERY GOOD NOW I CAN ANSWER MY CALLS WHEN I DRIVING IS CHARGING SUPER FAST AND I CAN USE FOR TWO DAYS AND CONNECT REALLY QUICKLY TO MY PHONE LOVE IT

Painful. Poor sound quality. Difficult to handle. Too bad they messed with the design. Loyal AirPod user who wishes Apple would have left a good thing alone. The ear piece is bigger (to the point they hurt my ears), so they don't fit snugly in the ears like they used to. Not only do they not seat securely, this unfortunately also affects the sound. Volume has to be increased significantly to compensate. But even then sound quality is remarkably lacking. The stem is shorter. This makes them harder to handle, harder to replace in the case, and easier to drop. No where near as good as the previous versions. Sigh. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them.

There is a reason these AirPods are much cheaper than buying somewhere other than Walmart. Don't do it. They glitch out when I get phone calls it sounds like a robot just glitching. The case only stays charged for two rounds of charging and the headphones last about two hours. My old ones from Best Buy would last me 5-6 hrs. And I could go days without charging the case. These suck. Thanks Walmart.

Love ‘em. As a long time Plantronics user I finally got fed up with the units dying shortly after the warranties (both 1 %26 3 years) expired. I'm talking 7 units. Hopefully these will last much longer than the warranty. I like the way these fit the ear, both in comfort and staying put. A bit more volume in the midrange would be welcome but overall sound is good. I mostly use these for phone calls so for me 1 at a time works best to maintain spatial awareness. Nice case too.

1) for some reason they don't fit in my ear as well as my previous ones. They must be a new shape. 2) they won't always connect quickly to my phone. 3) though I've tried several things, I can't get the “tap” to connect feature to work. 4) the one positive… they seem to stay charged a long time.

Great sound quality and very comfortable! I'm very happy with the Apple AirPods 4. They are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is excellent. The connection with my iPhone is quick and seamless, and the battery life is great for everyday use. They're perfect for music, calls, and working out. Highly recommended!

I upgraded from the 2nd gen AirPods, which were just fine for me, they fit well and sounded great. I was very pleased with them. However, I accidentally washed them and that was the end of that. I purchased the 4s (basic model), but the buds are larger and would not fit in my ears, so I had to return them. I ended up buying the Pros 2, which makes me feel like this may be Apple's intention. But if the 4s fit in your ears, they are great.

They don't work anymore… the volume is less than half of what it used to be…what love some information on where to send them to get fixed

It’s worth buying new after previously opting for refurbished Apple AirPods, which only gave about 45 minutes of battery life before needing a recharge. The new ones work great and just as expected.
