they fall out of the ear way too easy . they sell different things to help but why dont they include them with the pods like they use to? it seems to me that they want you to loose them so you buy more . very disappointed. the sound is good but not what i ever expected from apple products . what is the point of having buds that fall out . one size does not fit all .

Got this as a Christmas gift and AirPods are top notch phenomenal, they are worth their $90-$250 range, the deals were amazing and unfortunately bought them before Black Friday, and that deal was top notch phenomenal as well, I highly recommend AirPods 4!

I’ve had multiple pairs of AirPods and these have to be the worse ones I’ve ever purchased. From day one, they were raggedy. No one can ever hear me and sometimes ppl sound like they’re breaking up but when i take the AirPods out, they sound clear again. They need charging every dang day. If i could give zero stars I would.

I had to replace my 2nd gen AirPods and went with the 4s because they were on sale. I was mainly looking for long battery life as I use them for several hours at a time. These are perfect for my needs. They charge quickly and keep battery life for hours. I am not an expert on sound quality. They sound fine to me! They are comfortable and don’t pop out of my ears like my old ones did. Happy with this purchase.

Perfect upgrade from older AirPods. It retains the same functionality but adds better battery life, better sound quality, and hopefully a more ergonomic fit for your ears. The fit is subjective but I've had no issues. I mostly use it to listen to music or for work meetings. If you've got an iPhone or any other Apple products, it's worth investing in AirPods. They work very seamlessly. Pro tip: definitely add AppleCare on for $29 for 2 years. Trust me. I've accidentally washed my AirPods once and AppleCare would have covered that for a small deductible. Now I always get the extra coverage!

The built-in microphone makes it easy to talk hands free or while doing other task. The frequency range of me is pretty good I haven’t really seen how far I could actually go but I can go up stairs and all around my house without having my phone in my pocket. I love how easy it was to pair and connect to my iPhone. I love these. The only complaint I have is the buds fall out of my ears way too easily. For the price of these I don’t really feel like taking the risk in losing one of them.

Got the air pods for my wife’s stepdad, he didn’t need all the features of the more expensive ones. He was having a hard time hearing videos on his I pad, after I connected them he was amazed by the sound and volume, I don’t think he has had the out of his ears since I got them for him last week. You couldn’t beat the Black Friday sale.

Even on an Android phone these are great. I've never had any "lobe hanging" ear phones sound this good, even when they are a little loose. I really like that the touch sensitivity is based on a pinch instead of a touch. Ear phones never stay in place so the kind that just sense a simple touch are annoying when I want to reposition them in my ear. Another thing I appreciate is the comfort. These really are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The charge has proven to last a good long time too. Got these at an absolutely great price thanks to the Black Friday sale. If I have one knock, the charging case doesn't stand on it's own since it lacks a flat bottom. I do find that a bit annoying.
