They are very lightweight compared to the last generation, the last generation had my ears sore. This generation is very sleek and lightweight. I love it.

They don’t fit properly in your ear. If you are a runner or even a walker, chances are that one or both will fall out. Apple needs to redesign their product. Many people I know, including myself have went to another brand.

after 2 days of use they no longer allow you to reset them and they won't connect to any device. the tapping feature to going to reset doesn't work. by removing the button they have made this device way more susceptible to issues and problems.

I love apple, but I’m disappointed on the cancellation not on the product that’s why I gave it a 1 star. I order it over a week ago and while I’m waiting for them they cancel it.

I highly recommend these headphones. They are exceptional in quality, and I had such a positive experience that I even considered replacing them after losing my original pair. I am highly impressed and would strongly suggest purchasing them.

The sound and blue tooth connection is fine but these don't stay in my ears as well as my previous pair. The are fatter and if you have smaller ears, they tend to fall out.

Haven't even had this item for a year yet and it stopped working. I get a phone call. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. Falls out of my ear a lot too.

It's my ears haha the right one fits great and my left I have to finnagle around to find the right fit so obviously not the pods just me but they're awesome

This did not come with any charger it was dead after an hour the sound isn’t clear enough there is a in an out buzzing sound am getting ready to send it back
