I purchased because it said quiet. No, no quiet. #4 setting is all it has and it is not quiet. Also, the hum when on drives me crazy. Going back.

Although slim, not powerful at all. You’re better off getting a pedestal fan to sacrifice looks for air.

Fan was nice but broke after 3 years of very minimal use. Probably was never kept on for over 30 minutes at a time

Loud fan. Effective air movement and function but too loud to keep in my bedroom for nighttime use. Loud motor and extra rattle coming from the fan. Also has a strong plastic smell coming from interior.

I've had the fan for less than two years, it got knocked over one time and the fan part quit working. It still has power and you can cycle through all of the sttings, but no air.

Bought the fan 1 yr ago. I only ran it in summer for a few months...Unplugged to move it, never came back on. This is my 1st tower but my 3rd Lasko fan..The tower is the only 1 that doesn't work and was ran the least!

Stopped working after having it for only a year. Bought in June of last year - used only for a few summer months; took out to use again in May this year - it stopped working in August. Save your money!!

BEWARE, the online item number 998493 matches the in store box, but it does NOT have the ionizer, and my store does not sell another version. As a fan, it works, but this was misleading, so I don't recommend it until they fix the description.

It was a great fan until it died. It was used daily for a few minutes each time it was used. It was just a fan for a quick cool or to get air circulating. It still powers on but does not blow any air.

I purchased this item about a week ago. Not happy with but I am going to keep it This fan have very limited rotation and I do prefer a wider rotation and have always Had a wider rotation. it is very quiet if you’re looking for that feature
