I didn’t really pay attention to the reviews about this fan dying when I purchased last April 2022. It has worked great up until this month, Feb 2023, it just quit blowing completely. The display comes on without the fan. Very weird that everyone is having the same issue with the fan randomly dying one day in the same way. If you want a short term product, get it because it worked great up until it decided not to work anymore. If not look elsewhere.

Pros: it moves a LOT of air and draws a total of 53watts at max power. Cons: I’m on my second one as the first one started making a horrible clicking noise. This one has noisy bearings too at the lowest speed. Which makes me think it will do the same thing soon too. The screen is obnoxiously bright, and doesnt turn off. The sleep mode is super odd.. it puts the fan at max speed and then slows down until it eventually turns off I guess.. and the “dimmed” screen still lights up the room. We put a piece of tape over screen. Why not just have the screen turn on for 10 seconds when you press a button? I should be on the engineering team at Lasko.

I purchased this a few days ago (2 of them) and I must admit... Quiet should not be on the box. This fan is so loud I can hear it with my headphones on. And one of them has a click every time is turns... ish. Most importantly, it keeps me up at night! These are going back...especially for the price. I think I would be better off with a box fan. :(

Great cool air but the fan is loud on low speed. The nighttime feature is great if it worked. I click the nighttime button on the remote or on the fan itself and it immediately goes to high speed plus the light does not dim. Lasko is a great well known brand but this fan is not their best.

Bought 2 of these tower fans on Aug.1, 2022. They are amazing! Moves the air around the room efficiently, a little noisy on the higher settings, but we learned to live with it. However, today(November 8, 2022) the one we use in our living room, died. It powers on, but will not blow. Hoping the one in our kids rooms lives on. I am very disappointed! We have owned several Lasko brand fans and they have worked for several years with no problems at all.

It’s very loud

First complaint, you can’t turn off the led lights, batteries also not included. The worst part of this fan, is the motor was making a whining noise, most noticeable on high. No wonder why these fans don’t last long, they put crappy motors in it that can’t handle the load! The design is ok. I personally would rather spend the extra money and get the $70 one.

Good value good fan

Bought this fan because it had a remote and could adjust is across my office without having to get up every time phone rings. The remote is useless, brand new batteries and after 10-15 clicks of a button it just wont work. The only time the remote works is basically within 2 feet of the fan. maybe just my remote or fan?

Works as a fan I guess. The light on this could be used as a lighthouse light. After a few days the oscillation motor started making clicking noises and now after a couple months the fan motor makes an electric buzzing noise. I'm hoping I can still return it.
