[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and it was a great purchase. It has helped me greatly with chores and I can concentrate on other things I have to do around the house. The only one not loving it is my dog but he can live with it.

This little vacuum actually does a pretty good job, ours runs everyday, with easy maintenance it’s been really awesome to just start it and walk away. And it’s been able to get up in the corners and travel over little obstacles in our house to keep up on any dog hair it’s fairly quiet and the suction power seems pretty good as well. It’s allowed me to do other cleaning around the house while it gets the sweeping so when it’s done we are ready to mop and we can keep moving on other task . When we first got it we would just sit and watch it work hahah

Simply snap brushes it comes with in the bottom, plug in the dock, power on the shark and let charge. Download the app and connect to wifi to schedule or start a cleaning from work or anywhere. Love this feature. I have two pups and floor gets pretty dirty. Love knowing I can come home to clean floor and not have to do more work! Definitely a must have and a must have. I definitely and highly recommend this product. Win win everytime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is good as a supplement to your regular vac, but not as a replacement. It's height is too great to get under the overhang of my kitchen cabinets. It is important to note that you need to leave a lot of space clear around the docking area - 3 ft on either side and 5 ft in front of the unit. I have lots of furniture and found this difficult. The vacuum works best for me at night, where I put all the dining, kitchen and occasional chairs up on top of tables, pick up all toy, shoes, cords , etc in the house. Otherwise, every time the robot hits a chair leg it changes direction. The dust bin on the vac is full the next morning. The bot also got caught on the pee pad I have for my foster puppy, so I had to put that away for the night. I also haven't had success connecting the unit to my wi-fi, but I might need a router extender for that.

The SHARK has amazing suction and glides easily goes from the carpet to the hard floor conquering dust and debris as it moves. It also easily goes around the furniture and I’m very impressed with its tri-brush system. It gets all the areas of the house! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shark robot vacuum does the job as it is intended to do. it gets caught up on rugs and kind of runs into things endlessly, so it's not phenomenal. To be fair, no robot vacuum i've ever tried was all that great. it's a hassle to clean and maintain, and the remoteapp is lame. Just stop being lazy and vacuum your own house like an adult and dont waste your money.

I love the convenience of not having to push a vacuum. It is so easy to use. I have never owned a robot vacuum before and now I can't live without it. Love the design and the performance of it. I placed this product in my suite and it has done a great job cleaning up the dust and hair that is constantly on the floor. This product is also very easy to use, as I can control it right from my phone at any time. This is great because even if I’m not home, I can change the mode of my vacuum or start a new cleaning cycle. Additionally, I love the app’s timer feature! This way, my shark cleans the floors at the same time everyday without me having to do anything. My only complaint is that sometimes you have to constantly be taking hair out of the bottom of the vacuum, as the product will stop cleaning if you don’t. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this product for anyone who has a large space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steve McClean really sucks! Literally, it's a vacuum. And it's great! The app is helpful to know how much battery Steve has and you can tell him to clean or dock with the app. We have 2 Huskies - so TONS of hair everywhere. The receptacle for the hair and debris isn't huge so we empty him frequently but I can definitely tell a difference with how much I need to manually vacuum now. He also detects when he is near the stairs (he calls it a cliff - see screenshot).
