For my first robot vacuum at a low price of $140 I love it! We set it to clean while we are out running errands and we come home to a clean floor and it's already docked back and fully charged by the time we arrive home again! Even though it just bounces off everything some how it really does get everything!

It has amazing suction and works surprisingly well on carpet as well as hard floors thanks to its multi-surface brushroll. It has basic easy to use controls right on the top of the vacuum and you can also set it up with the Shark app to schedule cleanings at your convenience. This model doesn’t offer home mapping so it has a more random cleaning pattern but it does have sensors to avoid bumping into furniture and walls so that’s not an issue. This is a very affordable option that doesn’t lack cleaning power and well worth the money, it’s a Shark so it’s definitely reliable and well made and cleans just as well as the more expensive robots with simply more basic features. If you have been thinking about getting a robot vacuum but don’t want to spend a fortune I would definitely recommend trying this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been eyeing these for years and was so excited to finally try one out. I think it does a pretty good job of getting the carpet clean. It picked up a lot of crumbs and a ton of hair/dust. It just cant get larger pieces like cereal. Its also very quiet which is a bonus. My only issue is that it doesnt reach the edge of the wall so i do have to go back in and vaccum the harder to reach spots. It wont be replacing my regular vaccum but it is to run it at the end of the day. I would recommend as an additional cleaning optional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did great on both my tile and carpet floors with no issues going between the two. Since this one does not map and changes direction when it bumps into things, it was sporadic with how it cleaned. I think it would work better if it would turn in small increments because it would easily get stuck under the kitchen chairs and bounce between the legs since it changed directions with big turns. It’s supposed to connect to WiFi but I was unable to get it to connect. I even tried everything that others have suggested online to fix the issue. I wish I could’ve gotten it connected to WiFi and set up with the app because setting up a routine or even just being able to start/stop from the app would’ve been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a busy family with cats and dogs. In an ideal world, I would love to have enough time to vacuum and sweep the floors every day. But I don't have the time. Instead, I have the Shark Ion Robot that will sweep and vacuum my floors every day! I usually have it work after we have all left for school and work for the day. it's easy to use. It just goes and goes until it's covered the whole area. When I get home I empty the bin area and make sure it's ready for the next day. So a task that was just not getting done due to time constraints is now getting down and I only have about 10 minutes invested into the chore each day. It works great for us.

Easy to maintain and the app also lets you set schedule times where it start vacuuming for you. We have a 1 year old and this shark has helped us out so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, I was looking very forward to finally getting this! Easy set up and directions. Uploaded the app on my phone. Organized my house, to make sure the floor was all cleared up and there’s no spaces to Get stuck under. It has an erratic path but so fun to watch. Cleans very thoroughly!! My dog was a bit confused, as to it being a new pet or something. Cute! It bumps into an item and immediately readjusts its direction. I had several meetings, set it up and got the majority of the house cleaned. Handles carpet, tile, wood, etc with such ease. When it was done, set it to return to dock, which it does on its own. I still had battery power left. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best, I have never had a sweeper like this before so I was super excited to get it working as soon as I got it. I had a little problem getting it to connect to the Bluetooth but once I figured out I needed my wifi on it connected right away to my phone. The app is super easy and simple to get it to clean and stop. I will notice that it sometimes has a hard time finding its "home" when it's done sweeping. It takes a while till it finds it, or completely bypasses it. So there are times I will help it go "home". Overall setting up the machine, app, letting it run, and cleaning out what all it catches has been easy. Will definitely keep using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this mainly to use for the carpet in our basement. I do like the sleek look of the Shark Robot. Comes with wifi capability which is nice since you don't have to leave the couch to start cleaning. It's not too loud. Comparable to all the robot cleaners out there. It feels and looks nice and sturdy. The quality of build is there and easy to assemble and clean. We have two cats so a cleaning often is needed. This didn't pick up all the cat hair from the carpet, which isn't a thick carpet. It did a light cleaning, which is better than nothing. This I feel would work better on a hard floor. I was really hoping it would pick it up better than it did. The other thing is to definitely listen to the recommendation of clearing the space you want to clean. This robot will bump into anything in it's way. I wish it slowed down when coming close to an object.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like having a little helper. My only complaint is it needs to be housed in a very open spot and that is hard to find in my house. I wish it didn't need as much space around it to get started. Otherwise it is great!
