The only thing good about this vacuum is the suction power. This thing is loud clunky and bumps into everything! I have had a Eufy rototic vacuum since 2019 and the battery finally died. The Eufy has a memory so it doesn't loudly bang into furniture the entire time it is turned on which is super disruptive. It also can't seem to find it's docking station and it is easily accessable with nothing around it. I don't like the black color either. It shows the dust. I will purchase a replacement battery for my Eufy since it is way better. I wanted to try this vacuum while it was on sale but it is getting returned after a couple months. Sam's Club has a 90 day warranty.

I would not try to replace my vacuum for big jobs with this, BUT that is not to downplay the power that this little robot has. An awesome feature this robot has is the u can use an app to control it+ it will go back to the docking station it comes back to by either pressing the "dock" button physically or in the app on your phone. I'd highly recommend this robot because it's easy to understand. Got hair trapped in it, and my hubs was able to fix it in minutes.

The second I hooked this Shark Robot up— it was a game changer and it is now my best cleaning assistant. The Shark robot is perfect to clean alongside you, or in between your heavier cleaning. Let it take over for maintenance, pick up hair or fur, dust, whatever you throw at it. It does a great job picking up the little things that are often missed. The Tri Brush system grabs my pet’s hair without a problem at all. Set-up was super easy! Great directions and manual, very easy to use app. If WiFi pairing doesn’t take, just reset and try it again. The robot design is sleek on top, with efficient brushes underneath. It is of a moderate size, not too small but also not huge. It can work well in any size living area, but it does best in more open areas. Tip— set up the docking station in an easy to access spot so the robot can easily “get home”. I found that it does a good job mapping the area, but it does also work with bump navigation. It is made with bumpers to keep it from getting damaged and to help re-direct it as needed. Overall, I love this Shark vacuum model. Reasonable price, efficient cleaning, and I love the smart features.
