[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. I have my shark clean about an hour a day and it has been a life changer. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot and dark hardwood floors that show everything. I was having to sweep the floors almost every day. With the shark, I don’t have to spend as much time cleaning the floors every day because the shark picks up all the dog hair. I have hard wood, area rugs, and regular carpet and it transitions easily on all surfaces. It’s somewhat loud when it’s on, but not as loud as a regular vacuum. Overall, this product is a necessity for every household and I highly recommend it.

If you are wanting a robotic vacuum that performs well but you don’t need all the bells and whistles, this is it. I’ve had this particular model for almost 2 years, and I’m still thrilled with it. You can hook up the Shark app to this, so you can schedule cleaning times and remotely start, stop, and change the mode of it. There is no room mapping, it simply bounces around until its battery has ran low enough that it heads back to the dock. Does it miss some areas? Yes. But this doesn’t replace normal vacuuming either in my opinion. We use this to help control the amount of dog and cat hair on the floor in between vacuuming with an upright vacuum. This is easy to maintain, easy to empty, and easy to clean the brush roll out. The dust pan could be bigger but it isn’t that big of a deal to empty it after it’s done. It also is relatively quiet compared to other robot vacuums, and it’s not a nuisance. It’s got the typical Shark quality (which is great). When this dies, we will be upgrading to one with a self emptying dustbin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this vacuum, especially where it said it has powerful suction and is good for dog hair. I let this thing run for over an hour and it didn’t seem to do much. It’s like the dog hair collected but then was smeared all across my carpet on every path it took. I did work better on my LVP and laminate flooring but dog hair is my main concern. It seemed to move right by some of it and not be able to pick it up. I figured the suction would have drawn it in more than it did. Maybe this would be good for someone without pets, but I would not recommend it for someone looking to help with dog hair cleanup.

I have had it for a few days and I run this thing every morning before I come down stairs. My husband and I were talking about the vacuum and how we didn’t think that it was actually doing anything just bumping into things and going around in circles. But man this thing definitely picks up stuff. You definitely need to have a home that is not cluttered with things on the floor such as toys, shoes and other various items. 9.5/10. Would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so convenient to have. Out of the box, it was extremely easy to set up and the app was very user friendly. On the first day, I let the vacuum do a map of my house while I was at work. The next few days, it would let me choose what specifics area of my house I needed to be vacuumed. It also had a big reservoir where it holds the dirt/dust it picks up so I only have to clean it every few days. I absolutely love it!

We downloaded the app and we can control when to start it up every morning-you don’t even have to get out of bed. The robot is super thorough too. It cleans everywhere and senses where everything is at. It picks up so much of our pets’ hairs that it amazes me. The Max option seems to do an even more thorough vacuuming job too. We clean the wheel every week-as per the instructions and clean the lil brushes. So easy and simple! The dock is small and lightweight and fits anywhere. The indicator lights will notify when it’s fully charged, how much charge it has and when it’s in use and if it’s of. It’s an amazing gadget to have in your home. It makes cleaning so easy and so convenient! Where had it been all our life?

It has been so nice to be able to just set it & either let it run at night while I'm relaxing or during the day while I'm at work. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going to start with the positive, before I get on my soapbox… The concept of having an app for your robot vacuum is amazing! I love that idea, and it was very easy for me to get this vac put together, the app downloaded , the unit set up on Wi-Fi and connected via Bluetooth to my phone in the app. I am not the most technological savvy, but this was a breeze! It would have been nice to control the vac from the app, almost like a little RC car. And that is exactly where the my positive experience with this robot vac ends… There is NO mapping capabilities. You turn this thing on from either your phone, or manually from the unit on it’s charging dock and it just takes off. It has absolutely zero logic built into the technology to make this an effective floor cleaner. It just aimlessly zigzags all over the house, picks up ABSOLUTELY nothing, crashes into everything, and when you’ve had enough of the chaos from this loud, useless product ripping around your house with zero direction, it absolutely cannot for the life of it find its way back to the charging dock. I guess I do have one more small positive note to add, the cliff sensors did work for me, which surprised me after the few horrifying and disappointing attempts it made in a clean cycle. I went through the entire manual, tried reading up on this item online because I really wanted this to work for me. I was convinced it was something I was missing and doing wrong in the initial set up or getting the clean cycle started, but what it comes down to is this robot vacuum does not have the capabilities built into it to even make this sellable as a robot vac and I am VERY disappointed. Now I am stuck with this thing, and while I very much appreciate the opportunity granted to me to try this in exchange for my honest review, I now have the task of trying to figure out how to get this useless tech out of my house without it costing me money to do so (cannot be returned since I thankfully did not buy it, or just thrown away with the trash).
