[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum so much! It was SO easy to setup and get running. The vacuum works really well and cleans on both hardwood and carpet. It is easy to clean and goes back to the dock to charge on its own! This little guy is so smart and helpful! The awesome part is it connects to Alexa and you can use voice control! You can set a schedule and this vacuum will help you vacuum during the day and keep everything clean. It also has an app that you can use that is easy to use and works great. I love this vacuum so much and it is so helpful for busy people to keep things clean! I would recommend to everyone, it is one of the best things we own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I moved into my new apartment, I made a promise to myself that I’d keep my floors free of cat fur, litter, and other debris by sweeping and vacuuming as often as possible. This helped me keep my promise without actually having to do extra work! It’s so easy to set up, and you don’t have to be tech savvy at all. It’s fairly quiet, and the side brushes allow the Shark to really get the dirt in the corners and baseboards. It can handle the excessive cat fur without any trouble at all, and it’s super easy to empty. I love that I can control it from the app, as well as use my Alexa. It doesn’t get clogged up, but if it ever were to, it’ll be super easy to clean based on how it comes apart. This is a 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Shark ION robot vacuum in exchange for my review on influenster. I have to say I’m very impressed. It leaves every surface super clean and it gets into areas where you’d never guess would be possible. It is quite frustrating to watch the robot do it’s work. It won’t move the same way and use similar sense as humans. Therefore, we only run it when we are not in the area. However, rest assured, it gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been very resistant to trying one of these as my daughter has one and it seems having it on the floor in the way while it was charging was inconvenient. My god, it is worth having it in its little spot charging away. I have brick pavers in my kitchen and the floor was constantly dirty from everyone eating and the fact that that's the room we live in. Sweeping twice a day was not fun so enter this little jewel. After unboxing and charging, I set it off to do it's thing. It cleans very well and got up all the major stuff which is all I'm concerned about on a daily basis. Putting him to work before neighbors came over meant I didn't have to do the sweeping and could go do other stuff which was amazingly helpful.

I'm also impressed with how much this picks up I was like is it even picking anything up. But it was picking a lot of gunk up oh and hair cat hair and human. So I am impressed with that. The cons to me are it's not very easy to empty you have to pull the stuff out and shake it which it is separate from the vacuum but still wish It was easier to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't too impressed with the Shark Robot Vac. From set up to running a few cleaning runs, I was a bit disappointed many times along the way. First the set up took a while. I had to run the pairing multiple times to get it to finally connect. There were times the app kind of froze when trying to go back and rerun the pairing. Eventually I got it to connect and I was ready for the first run. One I ran the first cleaning run, the robot vac was all over my downstairs. I felt it didn't even hit my main living area very well before it ran out of battery. After letting it charge, I started a 2nd run. Again I felt it left the main living and went around the main floor before the battery started dying. I noticed the low battery and used the app to tell it to go to its dock. It had trouble getting there due to a table nearby. I eventually had to pick it up and return it. During the next run I barricaded the robot to stay in the main living area. This did a decent job keeping it contained and it seemed to clean the area well. It does seem to run until the battery gets low and doesn't keep track of where it's been, at least that s what I feel I've seen. There doesn't seem to be much intelligence behind this vac. It just bumps and turn, bumps and turns. The cleaning pattern is completely random which doesn't give me the confidence it's hitting everywhere. Based on my experience with other similar items, I wouldn't recommend this robot vac. I do feel like it would be good for a small area where it can be contained and clean adequately but this one isn't for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this vacuum and we even named it, but it’s just not a good fit for our house. It tends to clean some areas over and over yet never goes down the hall to go elsewhere. It gets stuck under furniture and then it’s not fun to try and get it out. I find it very large and a bit cumbersome, I was hoping it would be shorter in height and smaller in size. It takes up a lot of room and the docking station isn’t the most attractive thing to look at in the living room. It’s probably great for smaller living quarters, it just never cleaned the whole house and we are on one level with mostly tile flooring and small rugs.
