They were smaller than the original ding ding but these little heart shaped chocolate cakes were tastier than the original and they had a space to write to and from on it. They are peanut free so you could exchange them in a child's classroom without worrying about any peanut allergies. Very cute. I gave them away to family and friends.

Great alternative to suckers and tiny candy bars! Individually wrapped, holiday themed, appropriately sized (drat!) treats to attach to your kids' Valentines! I bought a box for each of my teenage grandkids! Easy to stash in your purse or pocket or lunch bag. Tastes great, good price! You are going to love these and be so sad that you didn't stash some boxes in hiding for yourself!

My wife absolutely loves Ding Dongs as a snack. Prior to Sweethearts Day, I found the Hostess Valentine Ding Dongs. My wife was so so happy. Thank you Hostess and thank you Sam's Club.

These were so very very good! I shared with the grandkids and everyone loved them. I went back to buy two more boxes and they were all gone! (Checked two stores!)

We only buy this seasonal variety once a year when available in the heart shape. Something about the shape, and they're always so fresh. It's a silly seasonal thing to look forward to.

Couldn’t really save them to give out to classroom for Valentine’s Day because they would have been expired. I shared with my nieces and nephews (few different families) so they would be eaten quickly. They were okay, a little dry, could have been fresher.

One of the boxes was missing 3 Ding Dongs which cause me to have go buy more in order to have enough for my event.

These were really fun for Valentines day and very nostalgic for boomers who grew up coveting those aluminum wrapped pucks in our lunches.

Hostess used to make nice snacks but these ding dongs had no taste and they were so small that 2 bites they were gone! The chocolate coating tasted like wax! These is my first and last box.

These Ding Dongs tasted stale. And the expiration date was a few days past Valentine's Day. Not sure if they were selling off last year's or if Ding Dongs are a short dated product.
