This unit is silent in quiet mode. The cooling is fantastic. It also covered my entire apartment. Installation was a breeze and the energy conservation seems really good.

It is easy installation. It is very quiet and turn down the temperature very fast. It is energy saver too it works under 500 watts in cooling mode.

His shop stays so hot even with fans. Since putting this in he can work out there and stay so cool. It is very powerful and keeps the whole area nice and cool that you can actually work and not get sweaty. He was able to connect to phone and operate without any trouble. This is a great unit. Definitely recommend. Plan on getting another for the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this in our addition master bedroom in Florida that does not have vents running to it for central air. It is powerful and definitely cools down the room in no time flat! Its runs quiet and so far we have not had any problems with it and we use it every night. Installation was pretty easy but a little difficult at the same time as it is with installing any window unit and getting it to sit properly in the window. It comes with a remote which we love and is super convenient. I believe it also has WiFi connect but we do not use it as we have no use for it.

I absolutely love my new window unit! It will literally freeze out a room! Our big air conditioner went out and the house was too hot to even sit in. We finally hooked this up and it even cooled off the rest of the house, which is small but it did the job! Now it’s not freezing cold everywhere but it definitely took out the humidity and it’s now in the 70s around the house while my room stays at a cool 64. It’s absolutely perfect! I also love being able to work everything from my phone. It sent me a notification to clean the filter! That was awesome! I do feel like it is quiet, but unfortunately I have an old window where I put it and it sounds like a helicopter trying to land. I love the different features. Eco mode and quiet. They are awesome! Definitely worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this would be the best smart product I own. I have a shop in the back of the house that desperately needed an upgrade! This size and model fits just right. I tend to find myself adjusting it more often because it's so powerful it cools every inch of my shop off almost immediately. Oh its absolutely perfect! I love it! Extremely durable. Very sturdy. Also very sleek looking I love the design.

The unit works vary well accept for when it is on energy saver it tend to turn completely off right in the middle of the day and the average day is over 100 degrees at this point so by the time I realize the AC has been off for a few hours the room stays hot the rest of the day please however, the unit is extremely quiet. You can barely hear it run, and when it isn’t cool mode, it will refrigerate my room if I’m not careful and I love the app. It is awesome to be able to control the unit from work when I forget to turn it off, and it even shows me the power usage all around good product

Pros - Feature rich and smartphone app works great. Cons - This thing rattles so much I have to use noise canceling earbuds just to keep my sanity. It's mounted into the window properly and only rattles with compressor engaged, not in fan mode. Unsure if design flaw or unique to this unit. Without the rattling, it would be 5-stars, but full 2 stars deducted due to the noise.

I liked everything about it, except the noise, when I tried it it was perfectly fine but when I start using it more often there is a whistle noise. not sure why or if it is only me have this problem. it is bothering while you are sleeping or working and there is a background whistle all the time.

Installed >2 weeks. When initial start all seemed quiet and cooling as expected. After 15 minutes there was a deep growling sound when on Auto-Eco-Quiet, continues with same settings noise continues! Change to Manual-Cool-Fan Speed, Speed must adjusted for Load.now we have a (PUT-PUT) sound that can be quieted with fan speed, SOMETIMES. NOISE AT NIGHT!!!
