Great Sound - Bad Remote

The sound is excellent. Setup instructions were complicated, but actual setup was extremely easy. In spit of all the directions in the instructions, it basically set up itself without doing all the complicated steps. The sound is great! Setup was extremely easy in spite of the instructions. The soundbar basically set itself up. So why the low rating? Because the cap on the remote's battery storage area is almost impossible to open. We have dozens of remotes and this is the hardest one to get into the battery area.

To open the battery cover on your remote follow these steps below.On the back of your remote there is an arrow pointing to the bottom of the remote, place your thumb on the arrow and lightly push down and towards the bottom of the remote. Lightly push until you feel some resistance and then take the cover off the remote. Soundbar defective right out of the box

I bought this sound bar and couldn't get it to work I called Samsung support and he insisted there was a display on the sound bar I said no display period The sound started to work than just went silent Remote wouldn't work even though it was brand new I changed batteries and it still didn't work The subwofer never would since and again no display on the soundboard even thought the directions showed a display on the right side The agent just disconnected so i
