I brought a loaf of bread the other day and it crumbles apart and there is uncooked flour on the bottom of the loaf. Please do better

Bread has gone from excellent to terrible

New look... Simpler ingredients... Molds quickly. Three days -- that's all it took for two loaves to mold. We can't afford throwing away full loaves of bread. I'll be shopping other brands from now on.
