I bought this and thought it was regular italan sausage and turned out to be precooked pizza topping sausage so we weren't sure about it at first. It tastes great and we use it for egg scrambles in the morning, stir fry,in casseroles, and my kids love it as a snack and with pasta. This will be be a regular purchase for my family.

We discovered that we could purchase this during a fundraiser where we were making pizzas for soldiers. My kids loved it and thought it would be perfect for our family made pizzas. It's ALOT of sausage so you better have the freezer space, but it great to throw on our homemade pizzas and in some dinner dishes.
