I much prefer the whole fruit.. perils don’t seem nearly as fresh from the jar, as suspected

Wasn't worth the money. Tasted and smelled like medicine. Not able to eat and returned them.

I would highly recommend these for a healthy snack. It is great mixed in some Greek yogurt.
