I like to add pomegranate to salads, oatmeal and yogurt bowls. It’s also excellent in its own. It would be more economical buying the whole fruit, but it would also take time to harvest the arils.

The portion size was decent but the Pomegranate seeds didn't seem to be cleaned from the rind well. Overall great product and no hassle of having to take apart a Pomegranate yourself. I used them in a Brussels salad and it was the perfect edition.
