Perfect to snack on by themselves or to add to yogurt, salads, or smoothies. The packaging makes it easy to grab and go too. Definitely a healthy and tasty treat I’d buy again!

Speaking of plastic cup it made it super easy to eat on the go. Value is great for each cup you get a ton of arils! All and all a great treat.

Pomegranate is a very healthy fruit that has antioxidants and being inside a cup just makes it very convenient without the hassle of cutting up the fruit. It is a very delicious fruit full of good benefits that can be eaten at anytime of the day!! Definitely recommend this cup of fruit!!

Texture might be odd for someone who has never had pomegranate seeds, because there is a hard crunch to it. Freshness varies with this product, so will need to make sure you are grabbing one that is fresh. It is hard to find the 4oz, sold out a lot.

I can use these on salads, stuffed peppers, soups, etc. I enjoy them as a snack and eat them just with a spoon. They are a great source of antioxidants and fiber making this a very healthy snack. I ate them with Greek yogurt and honey to add a little texture to my meal, but would have been satisfied just eating them by the spoonful. The container it comes in has a snapping lid which is great, it didn't fall off when my container fell out of the fridge. If you like pomegranates but hate doing the work of separating the arils out, this is for you.

They taste great, easy packaging for on the go, it do have a mild aftertaste that I can’t explain but it is a seed that you are eating. However, great snack for many with its sweet yet sour taste!
