They are so healthy for you and can be made into many dishes like salads, oatmeal, pudding, and even cheesecake! My favorite way to enjoy them is frozen. It's the most enjoyable healthy snack. The portion size was decent but the Pomegranate seeds didn't seem to be cleaned from the rind well. Overall great product and no hassle of having to take apart a Pomegranate yourself. I used them in a Brussels salad and it was the perfect edition.
