The easy to open way they are packaged keeps it mess free. My new favorite way to eat them is to top my Greek yogurts with some arils. So so good!

These ready-to-eat seeds are fantastic because they are extremely portable and offer a great source of quick, healthy energy that stands up perfectly to travel. My kids love berries, but those never hold up well for long days we use them for, which are often at swim meets or on flights. Taking these on a flight was incredibly easy and completely mess-free and easily disposable (except for the spoon). My only concern is that we need to eat them right away or the arils can get old and taste slightly chemically.
