The arils are vibrant, juicy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy, just like cracking open a fresh fruit without any of the mess. I love tossing them into yogurt, salads, or just eating them straight from the container, and every time they taste consistently fresh and crisp. They’re a little pricier than seeding a pomegranate yourself, but the convenience and quality make it absolutely worth it for me.

Having them in this convenient little cup saved me the time and mess of getting the arils out of the pomegranate myself. They store in the fridge for a few days, but they didn’t even last one day in my house! I love that they are full of antioxidants, fiber, vitamin k, and potassium so you can feel good about eating them. I put them into my cereal and it was top tier delicious! Now I can just pop them open and enjoy a handful whenever I want, which means I eat this healthy fruit a lot more often. A couple of small notes: the container isn't quite as full as the pictures suggest, and I was surprised to see mushroom extract in the ingredients. It doesn't affect the taste, though, and I get that it helps with freshness. Overall, I'm definitely a fan and will keep buying them. The convenience totally wins.
