The first pack I bought was 3 days past the best by date (didn't notice in the store) and was fermented. I took it back and exchanged it for one that was not expired, and it was fermented as well when I got home and opened.

I'm surprised to be giving this rating. However, I was disappointed to find both tubs had gone bad. They were fermented and tasted more like wine. Not great when you're hoping to add pomegranates.

Containers did not keep the pomegranates fresh for long. I was able to consume one container and had to throw out the second spoiled pomegranate seeds in the second container.

First time buyer for the pomegranate arils and it became sour within a day of buying. Prefer the fresh pomegranates being available in Sam’s Club stores. Definitely will not buy the arils again.

These tasted fermented. I was very disappointed. I love pomegranates and I thought this would save me time so I did not have to peal them. However, they tasted fermented and bought it two different times with in a month and it was the same.

I failed to check the “use by date” when I picked up this order. On Christmas when I opened them I realized they were sold on the “use by date” and were bad and couldn’t be used. A total waste of money.

I loved the Pom 2-pack of pomegranate arils! I froze one container to use at a later date and that worked out beautifully! I mix them in vanilla yogurt (with some Mark’s Member Vanilla Almond Granola) for a great breakfast.

I normally purchase these and peel them. This looked so easy as to open and eat. The taste was not good at all. I would recommend staying fresh on these and peeling.

The freshness of the arilos is remarkable since you open the packaging. Considering its natural origin and quality, the price seems fair to me, since the nutritional value it adds to my diet is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great flavor for the price, but you do have to be careful since there’s some that can come with rotten pomegranate pieces. Self life is short so make sure you don’t save it for any longer than a couple of days.
