Packaging was terrible and damaged in shipping. Luckily the product was heavy duty and survived and works great.

This is my second set. My first set was bought over two years ago and no issue so we decided to purchase another set plus sams has the lowest price!

Solid, well made lights. Thick glass bulbs not cheap plastic ones. Nice subtle light, not too bright! Love them!

So upset because the lights are great but the remote stopped working... I cannot figure out how to contact the company and SAMS is sold out

I purchased 2 sets of these lights. I put them up about 2 months ago and one of the sets died already. So upsetting because it’s 2 days before thanksgiving and we planned to entertain outside.

We recently enlarged our deck. We had 1 string for several years and now need more lights. The ability to easily change colors, dim, and change lighting patterns is great.

After only 4 months one of our 2 strings died. They say they are waterproof but the string that died wouldn’t turn on after a heavy rain. We’ll be returning it for a new strand. Be careful where you put these.
