I purchased at least six sets of these. One set did really great lasting almost 2 years. Now all six sets are out. I recommended these to so many people so friends aren’t thrilled with me right now. I haven’t been able to reach out to anybody to figure out what is going on. I did have an electrician check everything and it is the lights. I am so crushed so if anybody knows another brand to try I’ll do it.

We have had 2 sets of these lights connected, and hanging on our outdoor pergola for approximately 2 years. They have worked great! However, now one set will work fine for about an hour after you turn them on, then they start strobing through ALL of the colors. And, once they start “strobing” you cannot turn them off with the remote. We have to go out and unplug them. I see another review with this issue. Any suggestions?

Best patio lighting

We have bought several strings of these lights the first set lasted about a year so we purchased two more. They also only lasted about a year. We have added an led lawn ornament and the string lights still power it, but every bulb is now not working in our two sets. Very disappointed especially going into holiday season.

We initially bought 4 boxes. A couple months in one set stopped working. Now we just had another set stop working. We have tried changing the fuses on both sets. So far we have replaced both sets. Hoping all the sets keep working so we don’t need to replace them again. The lights are great when the work, they illuminate the whole patio and the different light combinations are great.

The LED lights stopped working in less than 6 months. The manufacturer claims to have a Lifetime warranty on these LED strands, but no one answers the phone when you call. In addition, when you call the main number you will be prompted to enter certain extension to reach customer service. Then the automated attendant “transfers you” and you get hung up on immediately.
