[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Tidy Cats but never liked hauling the litter inside. Now with Lightweight as an option I am stoked! The fragrance is amazing and the clumping action is the same as regular litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tidy Cats light weight feature made it easy to lift, pour and change the litter when the time came. Glades beautiful scent helped eliminate everyday scents to allow the comfort to our noses for a day or two more. The odor blocking helped give those extra few days in between changes. I did find that if it was not changed at the right time the urine would clump and little too well and almost stick to the pan. Over all Tidy Cats Lightweight is ideal for single to two cat households. Easier for older clientele or those who want life to be a little easier.

It's also extremely easy to scoop because of the way it makes the urine clump up. I like that it comes in several different scents and that it's easy to carry because it's so lite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] tidy cats light weight was something i have definitely wanted to try due to how lightweight it is. however, my experience was not what i had expected. the litter was almost too light... my cats tracked more out of the box with this vs. regular litter. so that part i didnt like. i also did not like the way this 'blocked' the smell. in my case, it didnt block the smell at all and was quite gross. i even added litter deodorizer and it did not help. i will not be buying this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tidy Cats Lightweight litter Is exactly what it advertises itself to be - lightweight. The benefits are that the jug of litter is easy to transport and pour. It is very easy to scoop, which I do several times a day. The waste is tightly clumped and extremely easy to remove, much easier than any other litter brands I have tried. It is also excellent at blocking odors. My only complaint is the mess it makes. It is so lightweight that my cats are constantly getting it everywhere. It sticks to their paws and tracks around my house, despite the fact I have a litter mat. When they are covering their waste, the litter flies out of the box and all over the floor in front of the box, despite the fact I have a hooded litter box. Every time they use the box I have to clean up a huge mess of scattered litter and follow the cats around the house trying to clean I plan what sticks to their paws. For me, this is a deal breaker for this litter. Would not purchase again or recommend to others without a warning! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tidy Cats litter with Glade was the most amazing smelling cat litter we have ever had. It lasted two full weeks smelling completely fantastic! This Tidy Cats Lightweight in short smelled great, clumped well and was easy to clean, and it was super easy to transport home and use. The biggest problem was it got tracked EVERYWHERE. We use cat litter mats and a box with a lid and door and the cat managed to track it everywhere across our apartment. It took one trip to the litter box and there was a trail left behind. We left for a long weekend and it looked like it had snowed it our apartment when we returned home.

I was hoping it would work just as well, if not better than the normal tidy cats litter. It did not. I thought since it had glade, it would block the odor even better, it didn't. Less than 2 days in to using it, I could smell a strong "litter box smell", causing me to have to change the litter again. This litter does not last long at all. I will continue to purchase the normAL tidy cats litter.

I've had cats since 2003 & I've tried so many. Once I hit Tidy Cats, I noticed the difference, but it wasn't much at first. The damp granules that didn't clump to the pile, drifted right through the sifter, back into the box, and retained the ammonia smell that made me gag (and I'm a smoker with a horrible sense of smell). This lightweight was the answer to my prayers. Decided to go ahead and try it because I was sick and tired of lugging the 40lb buckets up stairs and buckets of feces back down stairs out to dumpsters. I was relieved at how light this stuff was, but was skeptical at the same time. Boy, was I wrong! This stuff clumps better, smells better, and doesn't leave me with near as many loose granules stinking up the rest of the box. Love, love, love this litter! It doesn't matter which lightweight type of Tidy Cats you choose, they're all awesome!
