[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried the cat liter in the jug with the glade scent. She seemed to like it rather than the cheaper brands. I liked it personally as with the glade scent it helps masks the smell of ammonia in your house. I will be purchasing it in the future!! Thank you again Fur Buddies!! I thought this would both control odor and give a nice fragrance to the litterbox room (I have three litterboxes), but the scent fresh out of the pail was repugnant. It might be able to handle the actual smell of cat urine, but the fragrance of the litter itself smells like alcohol of some sort. Like a really bitter smell of... chemical... liquor scent? Very strange and revolting! One of my cats had started complaining at me and making me go with him when he needs to use it. He's totally healthy and urinates fine (with my company), but I assume he just doesn't like the smell of this new litter. Neither do I. I like Tidy Cats but will be going back to the non-Glade varieties as soon as this pail runs out. Rated this product "fair" because the clumping and scooping aspect is fine, but please do something about the weird liquory chemical odor. I purchased two 35 pound pails and they both smell terrible.

I've used nothing but Tidy cats scooping since 2004,using 24/7 red,then switching to the blue instant action since that came out.It was time to stock up on litter & make my 2 cats new litter boxes. They are both rescues,but I found out the hard way that my big cat, a Norwegian Forest cat mix.3&1/2 at that time was used to a non-covered,VERY high box as he urinated over the top of the highest box I could find.Or that may be why he was taken to our HS.I make new boxes out of huge plastic storage bins every 2 years.I spray the inside with Stink Free litter spray to seal any pores in the plastic. I bought this new litter 2 months ago. It takes a 35 lb.box of litter for each of two boxes.I scoop once a day for 2 cats & add litter when needed. I could smell the Glade scent strongly at first & I thought my cats might not like the smell. I shouldn't have worried. They took right to it & it even absorbs the odor of poo from the big cat who doesn't bury.It is 6 weeks later & my rooms are still smelling great & my cat's bellies do too. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

My kitten enjoys it and doesnt seem to dislike it so thats a good sign. I would buy again because of how easy it was to clean! Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cat litter is an amazing product. It works great in my kittens litter box. It is odorless and very easy to clean up after my cats after they have used there litter box. I would highly recommend this product for all the cat owners out there.

I tried this product because of the Glade. I usually use the 24/7. I have 5 cats in my home. I scoop every other day. When I tried to scoop the urine clumps, they fell apart. I ended up having to add more litter because I had to remove so much. It also made the litter stink.

We recently adopted a cat after not having one for a few years. I went down to Family Dollar and this was the only thing available. Not my usual brand, but Tidy Cats is a good name so I bought it. I prepared the litter box for my cat's arrival and immediately the smell of this litter made me gag. It has a sickening sweet smell. I knew my cat might not like this as cat's have very sensitive sense of smell. When I brought him home, I put him in the litter several times to get him used to the location of the box. Each time he IMMEDIATELY ran out. The smell alone kept making me gag so I went to another store and bought some Arm & Hammer fragrance free litter. I changed the litter and put the kitten back in, and he actually stayed for a minute and scratched around. A much better reaction than with the other litter. I would rather smell cat urine and feces than smell this litter for one more minute. Gag!

My cat tracks this outside the litter box. It sticks to his paws and then he licks them during grooming. He became ill within two days of using this litter, i.e vomiting and diarrhea. I took him to the vet and immediately threw away all the lightweight cat litter as a precautionary measure. We are unsure if the litter actually caused the illness, however, I would never purchase the lightweight litter again. It tracks very easily on tile floors unlike the regular Tidy Cat and the dust sticks to the cat's paws.

It is a high quality product that is not messy, clumps well for easy cleaning, and smells wonderful. My cat box chores are a breeze and my house smells great. Love this and will buy and recommend again and again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this cat litter. It says it's lightweight but generally a lot of things that say that AREN'T! This is. I'm not sure how they managed to make it lighter and still work even better then it use to but it does. My cats appear to like it as well, no complaints from them. Also love the fact that it helps with the odor. Again, I wasn't sure it would. Was worried it would mask the odor, it didn't.
