Called customer service when the base wouldn't work. They are send me a new one. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely love this. Built for smaller portions which I like. Can give small amount of butternut squash to baby and still use it for the family. Two portions and two different size blenders. Containers are perfect size. Freezer sizes are great.

First time using it today and it won't work more than one second then you have to unplug it and move it all around to get it to actually work again for another second.

Don't waist your money buying this baby bullet…better buy a regular blender….don't even choppe the vegetables.. you can stop it with your finger…waist of money…
